Facials
Facials are available to cancer patients for comfort,
relaxation, and assistance in maintaining smooth, clear,
well-hydrated skin. The therapeutic facial includes a massage of
the face, neck, and shoulder area. Extra precautions are taken
for those who have had surgery in these areas. Both men and
women are encouraged to take advantage of this service. It may
help repair the effects of cancer treatment on the skin, will
help bring circulation and a healthful “glow” to the face, and
may increase the sense of well-being. The esthetician will also
give helpful tips for maintaining optimal skin condition. |
